We’re looking for freelance designers with a passion for discipline methodology. If you have experience in UX/UI, project management, or behavioral coaching, consider these roles.

Current Openings

• Accountability Coach: Lead small groups of designers through structured weekly check-ins. Must have 3+ years of design experience and certification in coaching or project management. Remote, part-time (10-15 hours/week).
• Content Creator: Write in-depth guides on tools like Figma, Notion, and time-blocking techniques. Must have excellent writing and design skills. Flexible schedule.
• Community Manager: Moderate our Slack community and Discord server. Plan weekly challenges and Q&A sessions. Experience with online communities required.
